If someone calls extension 1234, both phones ring. Fred has also set up the system to forward calls to his cell phone to ring if there is no answer at either his office or home. If call comes in, Fred can answer it at either his office or his home. If he’s in between office and home, his cell phone will ring. If he doesn’t answer that, the Virtual Exchange takes a Voice mail message, stores it, and emails a copy to Fred’s InBox.
