An excellent way to manage your incoming calls. When someone calls your phone, their Caller ID information is sent as your phone is ringing so you can identify the caller before you pick up the phone. Caller ID shows you the number of the caller on a digital display - you can choose if you want to take the call or not. If it's an unwanted caller, you don't have to pick up. If it's a friend or someone you've been waiting to hear from, you can pick up.  

This functionality requires that you have Dotality's BudgeTone phones (provided by Grandstream), any other telephone with built-in Caller ID capability and a display, or an external Caller ID box with a display.  

Our Caller ID can even help you manage your Voicemail Notification by Email. The caller's identity is displayed in the subject line of any email that you receive as part of our voicemail notification by email. You can also filter desired calls directly to voicemail or forward to another number.
