Caller ID Block, (*67)

An excellent way to manage the personal information sent with your outgoing calls. Usually, when you make a phone call, your number will be sent along with your call so the person on the other end can identify you. For privacy reasons, you can block your Caller ID from being sent either on a per-call basis or permanently: 

Per-call basis:

  • Pick up your phone
  • After you hear the dial tone, dial *67+number you wish to call
  • For example: to block your caller id for number +1(514) 227-0870, pickup your phone and dial *6715142270870

Using phone:

  • Pick up your phone
  • After you hear the dial tone, dial *67 and hang up the phone

Using Web:

  • Using our web-based manager, log into your account and turn on Caller ID Block
  • Select "Phone settings" from left side menu
  • Turn on or off Caller ID feature

This way, you can deactivate you Caller ID information from anyone you call.
