With *69, you don't have to guess who the last caller was! You'll hear a voice prompt announcing the caller's phone number, and you'll have the option of returning the call. If is particularly useful if you don't have Caller ID. 

How it works:

• Pick up your phone
• After you hear the dial tone, dial *69
• You will hear a voice prompt announcing the last caller's number
• You will be given the option of returning the call without having to hang up
