Our Call waiting feature notifies you (with a beep) when someone is trying to call you while you are already on another call - no more busy signals! It is up to you to decide to take the call or not. You can switch to the new phone call by pressing the Flash button on your phone or quickly pressing the switch hook.  

How it works:

• When you are on a call and you hear the notification (beep), simply press the flash button or quickly press the switch hook
• You can take the second call while the first caller is on hold
• After you are finished the second call, press the flash button or the switch hook again, and you can go back to the first caller.

You don't have to worry about tying up your phone line, even if you are waiting for an important call.
