Voice Mail
Whether you are on another call and don't want to be disturbed, or away from your desk, Dotality's Enhanced Voicemail will pick up and take a message for you. You can easily retrieve the messages at your convenience, later from home or office, on the road, or even from your computer.
Disabling/Enabling your voice mail:
Your voicemail is enabled by default. To turn voicemail off/on:
- Pick up your phone
- After you hear the dial tone, dial *12 and hang up the phone
Accessing your messages:
- From the office phone. Access your messages by simply picking up and dialing, *1. You have the choice of whether you want to be prompted for your PIN number.
- From any other phone. Access your messages by dialing your phone number and then entering your PIN number.
- Using our web-based manager. Log into your account from any computer and check your messages.
- Voicemail Notification by Email. If you have activated this feature, you will receive your voicemail as attachments to your email. Hear your messages as sound file attachments sent to your email. All the popular media player formats are supported. You can even have Caller ID enabled in the subject heading of your emails, forward your voicemails to other emails, and save your messages on your computer's hard drive. How's that for convenience?
