When you subscribe, we will ask you if you want to keep your existing telephone number or get a new number. We will also ask you if you want us to send a new IP Phone or an adapter. Our IP Phone is a sleek desk-set featuring a back-lit caller-id display, handy feature buttons, and hands-free feature. Our IP adapter allows you to continue using your existing telephone handset. Like your old phone, local calls are free. Unlike your old phone, many features such as voice mail, call waiting, caller ID, call transfer, etc. are also free. Our only requirement is that you have a high speed internet connection for your SOHO line to work properly. You can manage your SOHO line using our web-based account management system. You can review call records, control your voicemail and call forwarding. You can even choose to receive voicemail messages as email attachments! Be mobile! You can literarily take your IP phone anywhere. When you travel, simply plug your IP Phone into any broadband internet connection. It’s that simple! You will be able to make and receive calls just like you were at your home. If you want to leave your IP phone behind, you can install IP phone software on your laptop and just take that with you. There’s no fee for moving your IP phone. If you move residences often, this can save you hundreds of dollars per year of connect/disconnect fees. Save on Long Distance!
